Buying a home from 2.5 hours away in such a busy & competitive market seemed like a daunting nightmare, but Carrie transformed that process. She helped regulate my chaotic nerves, let us know when to act urgently and when to chill out in the most approachable and respectful way. She always was very quick to respond to text/ email; she made us feel comfortable asking her anything!
